Arrival & Car Parking Facilities

  • Car park and driveway is fully tarmac covered.
  • Ample on-site parking for all guests.
  • No speed bumps. Regret no dogs.
  • Porterage to rooms.
  • 5 Steps from car park to front door, 7” (18cm) high. Hand rail either side.

Main Entrance & Reception

  • The main entrance and hallway is level. The lighting is a chandelier and wall-lights. The reception is directly opposite the front door. Pen and pad is available. A lit sign by the front door shows room rates and phone number.
  • Seat in hallway.

Public Areas - General (Internal)

  • Emergency procedure is noted in all rooms. No lift or escalator. All floor surfaces are carpetted, except shower/bathrooms which are tiled.
  • No public phones. No baby changing facilities.

Public Areas - WC

  • No public toilets. All rooms are en-suite.

Restaurant / Dining Room, Bar & Lounges, Take Away & Cafe

  • Lighting is Chandelier and wall-lights. The lighting is uniform throughout the building.
  • Tables and seating are moveable.
  • We cater as best we can for allergies and special diets.
  • No Smoking throughout.
  • Breakfast is served, although a limited amount of self-serve is for yoghurts/fresh fruit/cereals/fruit juice/toast coffee, however our waitress is happy to serve any items. The cooked items are served to you at your table.

  • One ground floor twin bedded room is available with slightly raised toilet with grab handle, plus the shower cubicle has a grab handle also.
  • We are not suitable for someone who is wheelchair bound.
  • Alarm is audio, Siren.
  • TV is with text and remote. No phones in bedrooms.
  • Doors are 72cm, 2ft 6in.
  • Chair in all rooms. Flooring is carpet in all rooms. Tiled in all shower/bathrooms.
  • Lighting is chandelier and wall-lights, it is uniform.
  • We have 6 doubles (king size beds) 2 twins. 2 doubles 1 twin ground floor. 4 doubles 1 twin first floor.
  • Level access to all rooms.
  • Kettle is cordless. No fridges in rooms. Guests fridge containing Mars bars/Kit Kats/ Small bottles wine and water. Operates on an honesty box system. Situated on ground floor.

Bathroom, Shower-room & WC [Ensuite or Shared]

  • All rooms are en-suite. There is a slight lip into all shower cubicles. One room also has a bath, this is a standard bath, with a standard climb in entry. Our ground floor twin room has grab handles beside the toilet and in the shower.
