Directions

From Skipton the Yorkshire Dales, Emmerdale, Heartbeat and Bronte country are all a short drive away. The magnificent spa town of Harrogate is 40 minutes and York 80 minutes and there are excellent transport links as well as Leeds/Bradford airport only being 45 minutes away.

Skipton is a desirable year round destination hosting many popular events such as the Dickensian and Medieval Festivals in winter or the summertime Waterways Festival, Sheep Day and Farmers Market. See the local diary for more events.

There is an array of different restaurants and bars, traditional and contemporary to suite all tastes and pockets. They have all been sampled at various times by us and we will be only too happy to share our experiences with you. All of these are within a 5 minute walk and many more a short drive away.
